Does the courier deliver to the floor? An order delivered by truck will be delivered on the ground floor as standard. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can decide to return one or more items. The items you wish to return must be in their original condition, properly packaged and wrapped. You have 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to change your mind.
