Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Information

To ensure a quick delivery of your order, we rely on the best express couriers selected according to the destination region and the type of product. The final price will be displayed in the shopping cart and will be charged to you along with the cost of your order at checkout.

Order processing times

Orders are processed from 9.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 6pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Traceability of the order

The customer can check the information relating to his orders at any time by clicking on "My orders" and selecting the order number to view the details.

You can view the status of the order in the "My orders" section by accessing "My account".

After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking number with which he can monitor and follow the status of the shipment.

Shipping Times

The shipment of the order will take place within 24 working hours from the receipt of the order; the order will be delivered within 24/48 hours from the shipping date unless otherwise specified. Delivery times to islands and areas that are not easily accessible may be longer. We remind you that delivery within 48 hours may not be guaranteed during bridges and holidays.

Does the courier deliver to the floor?

Deliveries are to be intended on the street level. We remind you that all shipments are standard and that couriers are not required to deliver to the floor, delivering exclusively to the street level, outside the home, even in the case of bulky goods. Depending on the type of goods we will be happy to provide you with a dedicated quotation also for the delivery service to the floor.
