The delivery times for each item may vary, to find out the times consult them directly on the page of each product where you will find the truck symbol local_shipping. In case an order includes different brands, the products will be shipped from different warehouses and therefore may be delivered in different ways and at different times.

- In Italy shipping is free for orders starting from €300,00. For orders under this amount, a shipping fee of €14,90 will be applied.

- In the islands and southern Italy (Sicily, Sardinia, Basilicata, Calabria and Puglia) shipping is free for orders starting from €500,00. For orders from €300,00 to €500,00 a shipping rate of €29,90 will be applied. For orders up to €300,00 a shipping rate of €39,90 will be applied.

- In other countries shipping costs €50,00 (for orders under €1.000,00) or €75,00 (for orders over €1.000,00).

Does the courier deliver to the floor? An order delivered by truck will be delivered on the ground floor as standard. Depending on the type of goods we will be happy to provide a dedicated quote also for the higher floor delivery service. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can decide to return one or more items. The items you wish to return must be in their original condition, properly packaged and wrapped. You have 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to change your mind.
